One Twig at a Time Shipping & Pickup Policy
We know how exciting it is to receive your handmade goodies, so here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and local pickup:
Processing & Turnaround Times
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. During peak seasons or special events, this time may extend slightly, but we’ll always communicate if delays are expected.
Please note: Processing time is the time it takes us to create, package, and prepare your order—not the shipping transit time.
Shipping Details
We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, depending on size and destination.
Every shipped order includes tracking information, which will be sent to you once your order is on its way. Expedited shipping may be available upon request (additional fees apply).
Once your package is with the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery errors, but we’ll always assist you in filing a claim or tracking your order if needed.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our One Twig at a Time studio during our posted business hours. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.
Please plan to pick up your order within 14 days of notification. Due to limited storage space, orders not picked up in this timeframe may be restocked, donated, or require a storage fee.
Holding Orders & Special Arrangements
While we love being flexible, we are not able to hold orders indefinitely. If you need special arrangements, please reach out prior to ordering so we can work with you if possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item with a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to correct the problem promptly.
